SIGNING OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES BY DJIBAH SEAFOOD COMPANY SARL

In line with the employability and professional integration of disabled persons established by Law No. 133/AN/05/5th L of January 28, 2006, in Articles 117 to 120, DJIBAH SEAFOOD COMPANY SARL, in collaboration with the National Agency for Persons with Disabilities (ANPH), carried out its first recruitment initiative for six young disabled individuals on Tuesday, January 21, 2020.

Participating in this event were the administrative and human resources manager of DJIBAH SEAFOOD COMPANY SARL, Ms. Khadra Said Ahmed; the communications and marketing manager, Mr. Habib Said Ali; the Technical Advisor to the Director General of ANPH, Mr. Mahad Ibrahim Hassan; the Director of Social Integration and Rehabilitation of ANPH, Ms. Choukri Hachi Aw-Omar; as well as other members of ANPH.

The purpose of this hiring ceremony was to promote the participation and integration of disabled persons in the workforce and to comply with employment quotas, gradually address hiring discrimination, and improve access to employment opportunities for disabled persons in the private and public industrial sectors.

The ceremony concluded with a commitment to continue efforts toward greater employability integration for disabled individuals in the industrial sector and highlighted the exemplary actions of DOS Group in the professional integration of special needs individuals living in our country.
